Patriotism Through Suprior Digestion

Like I told Sarah and Kyle: I don't fuck around when it comes to Cooking Out on the Fourth. We've got enough meat to feed Uganda in the fridge (I even picked up some soy and veggie stuff for the people who like that suff) and we have about nine different types of BBQ sauces in the pantry, plus enough Tabasco to make Cammie cry (speaking of, one of the grocers had some rotten meat they were gonna toss I grabbed for ya, Cammie). Ribs, Steaks, Ground Chuck, some Deer Venison, the works. No Veal, though. I just can't bring myself to buy that stuff.
I also picked up a couple cases of Root Beer, Cola, and PBR (I love it when cashiers don't even bother asking for my ID). And we have Onion Rings, French Fries, Corn on the Cob, and Chips of nearly every variety (except Salt Vinegar. I _refuse_ to buy something that nasty).
...yea, like I said, not eating well on the Fourth is a cardinal sin for me.
On a completely unrelated note, I'm running out of cash I'd managed to put away before I came here, so does anyone know of any bars or clubs hiring for security?

Re bars and clubs hiring... if you're under 21, Harry's probably won't take you, but you might want to talk to Mark, over here at the Snow Valley Center. He works for a club in New York called Silver, a mutant-friendly place. Should be able to sort you out with something?

There isn't enough Tabasco in the world to make me cry.
And awwww, you thought of me.

Oh, dude, btw - there's some Kyle's Special We Made This Up Just for Cammie BBQ sauce. Used motor oil and antifreeze and some of those crazy scotch bonnet peppers. Had a quarter rack of ribs sitting in it all day - and it'll sit there all through tonight and into tomorrow too. Smells fucking FOUL. I figure you'll love it.

Jesus, you people are trying to drag me out of this hole I call my bedroom, are you?
That sounds so good.

Being social isn't gonna kill you.
Well, I figure BBQ Sauce is supposed to be kinda smokey, kinda sweet and kinda spicy, right? So that should pretty much hit all three of those for you. But dude, seriously, this stuff fucking reeks.

You don't know that. I have it on good authority that being social has indeed killed people before. Who knows, I could step outside and get hit with a meteor. :P
And stop complaining, I'm sure it smells fucking awesome. And I will eat it all tomorrow to prove this. Heh. I haven't had BBQ actually taste like it's supposed to in years.

That is enough food for the army, yes? Thank you, Fred, for being so kind as to make sure everyone is being fed. I can be helping with things, as long as I am not carrying anything that weighs more than the ten pounds.
(The stitches are to come out soon, hurrah!)

I guess I need to put Salt and Vinegar chips on my list. Because I think they're delicious. Especially drizzled in chocolate.

I, uh, realized I needed smokes after the Slip'N'Slide, and since I was there anyway, I got you some Salt and Vinegar chips.
As long as they get nowhere near my Sour Cream and Onion, everything will be fine.

Dude, you realize I'm just gonna recruit you to man one of the grills. And help me drag 'em out from the shed, cause we're gonna need all of 'em.

I already asked Mister Summers where they were, took them out near the pool, and cleaned them off after the Slip'N'Slide event.
I told ya Kyle; I do not fool around with the Fourth.

Gotcha. okay, just FYI, the littler one with the green hood is the vegetarian-friendly one - I don't think we've got anyone right now who really worries about having their stuff grilled on the place as meat, but you never know. The one that looks like that one, only it's kinda that blah brown color is the kosher/halalalalalalalalal one. Same thing I think, not sure if we have anyone who cares right now but you know.
But the other ones are fair game.

They should all be clean, and I'm gonna prep them in a few minutes so we can get a jump on some of the stuff that needs a slow heat.

There'd better be alcohol for the 21+ crowd.
... I wasn't supposed to get it, was I?

I got two cases of Blue Ribbon, but you might wanna grab more alcohol if you think it'll be needed.
